1. Company Identity & Operations

ARR Fine Foods operates from 14–16 Victoria Road, St Budeaux, Plymouth, PL5 1RG, United Kingdom. By placing an order via arrfinefoods.com or our mobile interfaces, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Cold-Chain & Perishable Products

To maintain the highest food hygiene and cold-chain compliance, fresh meat, seafood, dairy, and frozen products are strictly eligible for delivery via our dedicated refrigerated staff van fleet across Plymouth postcodes (PL1–PL9) or via Click & Collect. Standard ambient courier dispatch excludes perishable goods.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are quoted in GBP (£). In accordance with UK HMRC regulations, qualifying grocery items, fresh meat, vegetables, and staples are zero-rated for VAT (0.00%). Delivery charges include applicable service fees.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Due to food safety legislation, perishable goods cannot be returned once dispatched unless damaged or defective upon arrival. Ambient grocery items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging.
